I had a very good experience with Brentwood Grove. Both Greg and Bridget were on fire from the start of our tour, to moving in and helping us coordinate hospice/palliative care. They don't turn prospecting residents away. They look for solutions.

Brentwood Grove is a very warm and welcoming community. Delicious meals, friendly staff, always something fun happening. Many different outings from museums, visits to rare car collections, baseball games, casinos….always something to look forward to here.

My mother has been here since Dec. 2025. The process was so enjoyable and informative (thanks to Bridget, Sales Coordinator) she was WONDERFUl thru out the process and continues to be ever present for my mom and my endless questions etc!!! My mother is constantly busy and has so many activities on a daily basis!!! PLEASE just take a tour and you will see what I mean. We went there at least 4-5 times just to observe and meet staff (who are wonderful as well)...best decision...Thxs, Bridget, Sherry, etc etc!!!

Brentwood Grove is a nice place to have your loved one stay. Clean facility that tends to their needs. Open communication with staff. They are located close to the freeway so it’s easy access for visiting. I visit every week and enjoy seeing different activities going on with the residents. I would definitely recommend this place if you have to move a loved one into a senior care center.

We recently had the opportunity to complete a project at this community, and it was a pleasure working with their team. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with meticulously manicured grounds that reflect the pride they take in their property. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve them and look forward to building a long-lasting partnership on future projects. Highly recommend working with this outstanding team!

For a very busy location, quality and consistency was there, also appreciate that the security staff went around respectfully asking those that finished their meals and that were clearly lounging to leave to make room for others to sit down to enjoy their food. I wish other fast food establishments In the area did that as well.

My wife and I live nearby and have been to Brentwood Grove to watch the Delta rhythm-airs perform. They have great Music entertainment every week, definitely a place I will consider when it is time for me to look into senior living.

My mother in law was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's and became a resident of Brentwood Grove in 2022. We cannot begin to tell you the blessing the assisted living and memory care has been! Specifically, the memory care team is incredible. Jess Perez (the executive director) and her team are like a second family to us; caring for our mom while consistently communicating her progress while she declines. Over the last several years, they have been so reliable and loving towards our mom. The only hiccups we have had are on the administrative side, NEVER the care side (cannot emphasize that enough). I would highly recommend Brentwood Grove to anyone.

The tour was very thorough and the staff was very genuine, comforting and helpful. This is the type of place you would want to place your love one.

My family attended a Easter egg hunt here. Fun environment and friendly staff. Really appreciated the hospitality of an event open to the community. I will keep this place in mind for family when needed.

My Aunt is a resident at Brentwood Grove and has lived there about a year and a half. I love that when my family comes to visit she is always busy doing something fun. Often we find her listening to live music, playing bingo, or making crafts. It makes us feel good to know she is enjoying herself and keeping busy.

My husband and I toured 7 locations while looking for a new home for his father. The friendly staff, good food, varied activities and clean faculty at Brentwood Grove won us over.

The decision to move forward with someone moving into an assisted living community is a difficult decision. I am part of a team of friends helping a great man move forward with his life as he moves through some challenges. The responsibility for interviewing Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) was one of the items that I volunteered to take responsibility for. The Brentwood area was an area that was a great fit for our needs. Shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment events are nearby, and the neighborhood and surrounding area are safe. I was unsure of many items as I started this journey to help our friend. I called over twelve different ALFs and researched many others online. This search included facilities from Sacramento to Tracy and included Stockton and Walnut Creek. While price is always a consideration, it was not the main reason we moved forward with Brentwood Grove. I developed a simple list of questions to start with to help better understand how our friend would be treated and what level of care and life he could expect once he moved into the ALF. MANY of the ALFs I contacted either did not answer the questions or gave VERY brief answers quickly followed by the statement "All that will be answered on the tour." I asked many times that questions be answered prior to a visit as we would like to only visit three ALFs. Some answers allowed us to eliminate moving forward with little future contact. MANY of the ALFs stressed the need to "tour the facility" prior to the questions being answered. This sounded very much like a timeshare sales pitch. I called Brentwood Grove. I spoke to Greg. Things got very easy. He answered all my questions in a very straightforward manner and volunteered additional information to help all of us feel comfortable with Brentwood Grove. Greg made choosing Brentwood Grove easy. When speaking to Greg, I did not feel I was working with a sales team, but I felt like he and the Brentwood Grove team were interested in helping my friend move forward with his new life. Simple questions about the weekly menu and choice of items were followed up with an email and a schedule of meals. Concerns about activities were addressed and again followed up with an email and list of events. Concerns about cost and levels of support were easily discussed, and the process of evaluation was explained clearly. The team toured Brentwood Grove with Greg, and all questions were answered directly. Questions about security and staffing were addressed to our satisfaction. Our friend is now enjoying living at Brentwood Grove and looks forward to many years in this great environment. We call it the “Cruise Ship” as great meals are provided with many choices and off-menu items available. “Excursions” vary from off-site activities to simple events in the garden with thousands of ladybugs. Creative events like "Whack-a-Mole" with the staff in a box and popping up. The team has stopped by for lunch a few times and has always been happy with the menu and preparation of the meals.

Thank you so much for taking the time to show me around Brentwood Grove Senior Living yesterday. I really enjoyed the tour and seeing the compassionate care your team provided. I was especially impressed by how professionally Gregory Greene, Director of Sales at Brentwood Grove, and Carol Dowell, the Executive Director at Brentwood Grove, cared about my questions, and made sure I understood all of the details about each level of care they provided. The assisted living residence is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with plants and artwork. the dining room uses real dishes and silverware – no paper and plastic. There are areas where small groups can gather and enjoy activities together or watch TV. Thank you for doing a good job.

McDonald’s Times Square is a good stop if you’re near Times Square. The upstairs seating is nice, but you have to buy something to go up there.

I toured this facility and was really impressed with the staff. Overall, they were friendly, cheerful and helpful. Bridget took my on an excellent tour and I felt very welcome. I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful community. I work for a Senior Care provider and we offer Placement services as well. Brentwood Grove will now be at the top of my list for anyone looking to move to this area. From the moment I was in communication with the community’s Sales Director, Gregory Greene, I felt at ease and I didn’t feel like I was talking to a sales person. I felt I was talking to a genuine person who was going to help me with this family! Gregory was professional, available and I appreciated his responsiveness and sincerity. I know my clients felt the same! Although we had other tours lined up at other communities, they ultimately selected Brentwood Grove to be their new home and I attribute a lot of that to their interaction with Gregory!

I was looking for a place and brntwood grove was mentioned and I said no they said just give it a try and so I went on the tour and oh my god as soon as I walked in the ora that was there was touching and the tour guide what a excellent job he did unfortunate I was not able to reside there and after looking around I wasn't even intrested in another so what ever you guts are doing keep it up not to mention the patients that Rosalie and Greg both had trying to work with me to get me in but anyway thank you for the tour

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Brentwood Grove Senior Living. My grandmother has lived here for over a year now, and she is truly happy and thriving. There is always something fun and meaningful happening, from creative arts and crafts to social events that keep residents active and connected. We often visit and are welcomed to join in on arts and crafts classes, which has been a joy for our family as well. It brings us great comfort knowing our grandmother is not only well cared for, but also genuinely enjoying her days, building friendships, and having fun in such a warm and vibrant community. There’s always something fun going on, whether it’s music, exercise classes, games, crafts, or special events. I’ve made new friends and look forward to every day because there’s always something to enjoy. The food here is delicious, and they really listen to our preferences. What means the most to me is that the Executive Director himself actually takes time out of his busy schedule to sit with us in the dining room, ask how our meal is, and make sure we’re comfortable. He even joins in on activities — it’s rare to see leadership so involved and caring! The caregivers, nurses, and all the staff treat us like family. They’re always smiling, always ready to help, and they make sure we feel valued and respected. You can tell they love what they do. Communication was always prompt and reassuring, and the level of attention my loved one received gave our family complete peace of mind. Choosing a safe place where you or your parent(s) can thrive may be one of the most emotionally daunting experiences in life. I have good news for you, our family did not feel that at all when we visited Brentwood Grove. We were warmly greeted, communicated with about each step of the process, shown the property and we had all our questions answered. It was a wonderful experience. I am happy to recommend Brentwood Grove as a great option for anyone who is looking for quality care, a safe living environment, and peace of mind that can bring joy to the years when a bit more assistance is needed.

My sister is at Brentwood Grove. There are two or three girls there that are very nice. It's clean. However, I wish they cut their fingernails, but they don't, so I have to go up there and do that. My sister seems content of course. She doesn't know what's going on, bless her heart. She is not asking to go home, and she seems as happy as she is going to be in a place like that. The staff members are very friendly and very nice. If you ask them to do something, they do it. Every time I've been there when they've been eating, and the food looks pretty good. They have live music, too. Somebody comes in and does karaoke, and the old people really like that. They work with a doctor's group that comes in once a month, or more if you need it, and that's handy. It's as good as you're going to get in a situation like this. It's cheaper than the Bay Area where I live, so that's why we moved my sister there to be close to my son. They have coloring activities. My sister isn't doing any of those things. She will go and watch, but she has never been a game player. Some of them are actively doing things. I wish they had physical therapy where there was somebody, instead of just watching a video. They sit there and fall asleep watching the video and nobody is moving anything. If they had a person up there wiggling their arms or something, I think the people would be more apt to move.

Brentwood Grove Senior Living is very attractive and very nice. It's a pretty location. They showed me a model room, which was very nice and very accommodating. It's a big room, and it has a nice adjoining bathroom. It had a mini fridge as well. The staff memeber who assisted me was very nice.

We are still in the process of looking for a senior living place, and Westmont of Brentwood is a very high contender. I feel like it's very good based on our observation. It seemed like there was a lot of engagement amongst the clients there. When we were touring there was an exercise group or a music group or something. It seemed like the staff was very friendly, which is important to us too. The staff member who gave the tour was very helpful. She gave us a very thorough tour. We could tell that she values making the services accessible to us. Even though there are a lot of loopholes and stuff that we still have to jump through, she was able to initiate that process. She was very empathetic and helpful in that way. The place is clean and easy to get around, and there's always somebody there to help you out.

My mom is moving into Westmont. The staff here has been absolutely awesome. They have been so kind, patient, comforting and supportive. The tenets all seem happy and comfortable. The place is beautiful and the rooms are as well. The fact that my mother could keep her dogs was a huge factor in her decision. We are excited for this new chapter in my mom’s life. Thank you Westmont.

Westmont of Brentwood was very clean. Everybody was very friendly. My only concern was the size of the rooms. They had common and dining areas. The staff was great.

We have decided to keep my parents at Westmont of Brentwood. I like everything about it. The employees are really nice and very attentive. It is a nice place, and it is very clean and well taken care of. The food is good. I've had lunch several times with my parents over there. It's just an all-around good place. There's nothing I don't like about it. They are nice people and they get to know the people that live there. They know everybody by their first names and they are extremely caring. They have a really good menu. They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks if you want them during the day. The food service is great and the girls are really sweet and know everybody by their first names also while serving them dinner, lunch, and breakfast. They have movies and they have a nice library. They do exercise classes a couple of times a week for the ladies and the veterans. My dad is a veteran, and the veteran guys get together to just chit-chat, have coffee, and change war stories. It's very comparable to just being at home. The little apartment that my parents have is well set up and nice.

I've moved into Westmont of Brentwood. They leave you alone to do what you want to do and if you want some help, you just ask for help. I take care of myself. The activities are mostly for elderly people, so I try to get out more often. It's very clean. My room is very Spartan. I try to keep the furniture down and the food down. I ask them to give me a small lunch, a medium dinner, and a heavy breakfast, but occasionally I have to get out three times a week. The food is very good. There is a computer room, a barber shop twice a week, and an exercise room. I wish there was a spa, but there isn't.

It’s a nice facility but unfortunately, priced out of our budget. I just wish there were more resources available for our aging community.

What we like the most about the community are the activities...nice size apartments and yes we would recommend Brentwood Grove Senior Living to others

I would give them a 10 if I could! Her apartment size was large had a breakfast nook, sitting room, and large bedroom and large bathroom. Staff did deep clean once a week , cleaning bedding and even made her bed and doing her laundry weekly . The staff is excellent all of them ! Staff in the dining room knew how my mom liked her coffee and her water and her food knew her name and were attentive and kind to all of them . I loved all the activities because it made her so happy - I have a scrap book she made some Christmas ornaments , a pumpkin she painted for Thanksgiving - they had Bible study and an exercise room even a pool table and they went out shopping to hobby lobby , kohls and stores nearby . She especially liked the bus trips where she was able to get out and sometimes just go for a ride , they had outside activities for every season even a car show ,the activities director always made the place look absolutely beautiful! She loved the food and especially the sweets and her vanilla ice cream that she had every day! There is not one bad thing I could say about Westmont - and to top this all off they were the most reasonable facility in the area. We took my mom out of the facility because she was put in hospice because she got sick and they made this the smoothest easiest transition / my moms last year of life was happy and joyful and there's no words to express how grateful I am for Westmont.

The room was a long walk to the dining room. Rooms were nice. I did not like the point system. They would NOT give any information about how it is given. They said they would evaluate unless we gave a deposit. There must be some written criteria that they would not share.

Westmont is the Best ! Give them a 5 on everything if I could I would give them better than 5. They really go above and beyond ensuring their clients are well taken care of . The food was so good , the place was spotless the staff is fantastic and so caring . They also had lots of activities and outings - I'm grateful for the time my mom was there

We contacted A Place For Mom to inquire about Assisted Living options and we visited one (not Westmont of Brentwood). We backed off because of the high cost as my parents are a low income couple. I since received several emails from different facilities but I never replied until we heard from Westmont’s director who introduced us to a new program for low income folks. He was very persistent but in a polite and respective way. He explained the program in details and even arranged for a nurse to meet us on a weekend to accommodate my busy schedule. The place is very clean with many intricate decor. The staff is super helpful, He gave us a tour and showed us all the different floor plans. All the units were spacious, clean, well organized and offered the necessary equipment for elderly. He went over all the details, how the program worked and what to expect. We’re still in the process of getting my parents to qualify but we’re truly impressed and hoping to be part of this great place!

I was devastated when I was told my mom couldn’t stay alone in her house anymore and I visited a few places. The places that we couldn’t afford were lovely and those that we could were horrible ! But then i found Westmont - a beautiful place , with the best staff and affordable. They have been nothing but helpful and kind - we are able to spend lots of time with my mom and not worry iif she’s eating or lonely - most of all she’s safe and very well cared for .

Based on the experience we have had so far with Westmont Living we would have to get them 5/5, all good. They have excellent staff and the community members are great My dad is all settled in and is very happy too!

I would tell my friends that it is a good community. The activities had happy hours on Friday with music, balloon toss, art and crafts, and bingo. The nurses and aides were ok, They seemed overwhelmed to me. I feel they were overworked.

Computers were down so [name removed] called, answered my questions and sent me some videos so I could see the unit and the property. Mom and Dad could stay together, but if needed later memory care is next door. Kitchenette in room seems adequate. Nursing would still have to approve mom in assisted living are with Dad, but since she can't wander should be fine. Covid test and quarantine but can be together.

[Name removed], Community Relations Director, is spunky and interacted with every resident! Facility includes memory care.

My mother is acclimating well to Westmont of Brentwood. I like that she has her own space and privacy with her apartment. She is slowly but surely having a desire to participate in the activities offered daily. I like the variety of choices as it seems there is something for everyone. The dining service is top notch. All the staff are great! The interactions I've seen show they really want to know their residents. I appreciate that they make the residents feel special and important. Mom is happy and that's what's important.
